Saute any combo of veggies and onions or shallots.
Mix with cooked pasta or noodles and then add dressing below.

Sauteed Veggies
Ingredients
- olive oil
- 1 onion or shallots
- Few cloves garlic
- mushrooms
- carrots
- broccoli or any chopped veggies
- pea pods
- greens kale, spinach or any
- tsp red pepper flakes or Siracha, curry or turmeric
- dash soy sauce
Optional
- cooked pasta or rice noodles
Instructions
- If you really want broccoli or cauliflower cooked soft through can blanch in microwave for 4 minutes before adding to pan. (Cover with water in pyrex and hit 4, drain well)
- Heat olive oil, saute any combo of veggies, onions, saute a few minutes then add the larger, after a bit add the smaller.
- Add a handful of greens at the end and mix in and allow to wilt a bit.
- Add a dash of hot red pepper flakes or curry or turmeric.
- Mix with cooked pasta or noodles.

Soy Lime Dressing
For sauteed veggies and also add some cooked pasta or rice noodles.
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Siracha optional
Instructions
- Mix garlic with equal parts of soy, maple, lime juice.
- Stir and done. Add Siracha or hots as desired.
