  • 6 chicken thighs skinless and boneless
  • 12 strips bacon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat to 375.
  • Spice up chicken with salt and anything else, smoky adobo, paprika, or garlic goes great.
  • Wrap each thigh with two pieces of bacon, place with the loose end underneath.
  • Cook for about 40 minutes until chicken is done, use lower shelf and watch for spattering.
