Perfect easy sauce to make a hearty roast salmon meal. Cooks rapidly at high heat creating a caramelized layer of miso mustard.

  • 1 lb salmon
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp stone ground mustard
  • 1 tbsp white miso
  • 1 Lemon juiced

Instructions
 

  • mix sauce, rub on both sides, bake 450 for 15 minutes or so
  • Preheat 450
  • Bake until golden brown
