Sauteed Veggies

Ingredients
  

  • olive oil
  • 1 onion or shallots
  • Few cloves garlic
  • mushrooms
  • carrots
  • broccoli or any chopped veggies
  • pea pods
  • greens kale, spinach or any
  • tsp red pepper flakes or Siracha, curry or turmeric
  • dash soy sauce

Optional

  • cooked pasta or rice noodles

Instructions
 

  • If you really want broccoli or cauliflower cooked soft through can blanch in microwave for 4 minutes before adding to pan. (Cover with water in pyrex and hit 4, drain well)
  • Heat olive oil, saute any combo of veggies, onions, saute a few minutes then add the larger, after a bit add the smaller.
  • Add a handful of greens at the end and mix in and allow to wilt a bit.
  • Add a dash of hot red pepper flakes or curry or turmeric.
  • Mix with cooked pasta or noodles.
