Sage Fried Eggs
Quick little breakfast or supper
Ingredients
- .5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 bunch sage 5 to 10 leaves
Optional
- pinch red pepper flakes
- tbsp fennel seeds
- tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat oil and sprinkle any optional spices, red pepper, sesame, fennel.
- Add sage leaves until crispy but not too burnt. Crack eggs over the sage and fry as usual.
- Serve over toast, beans, chinese noodles with vinegar and sesame.
