Ingredients
  

  • .5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bunch sage 5 to 10 leaves

Optional

  • pinch red pepper flakes
  • tbsp fennel seeds
  • tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil and sprinkle any optional spices, red pepper, sesame, fennel.
  • Add sage leaves until crispy but not too burnt. Crack eggs over the sage and fry as usual.
  • Serve over toast, beans, chinese noodles with vinegar and sesame.
