Sage Fried Eggs

- .5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 bunch sage 5 to 10 leaves
Optional
- pinch red pepper flakes
- tbsp fennel seeds
- tbsp sesame seeds
Heat oil and sprinkle any optional spices, red pepper, sesame, fennel.
Add sage leaves until crispy but not too burnt. Crack eggs over the sage and fry as usual.
Serve over toast, beans, chinese noodles with vinegar and sesame.
