- 1/2 cup butter not too soft
- 6 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped small or in processor
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add sifted flour and vanilla and mix together.
Add chopped nuts and mix.
Drop on greased cookie sheet in round mounds.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes
Roll In powdered sugar.
