coconut milk

spinach, kale, braising greens

lemon juice
Instructions
Saute onions and mushrooms in heated oil.
Add vegetable broth, spices, chickpeas. Simmer for a bit.
Add coconut milk, greens, simmer until greens wilted. Don't boil coconut milk!
Add lemon juice, serve over rice, grains or with crusty bread.
