Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Saute garlic or onion or veggie.
Pour sauce into hot skillet. It will thicken up rapidly so stir it fast and add broth if needed.
Can cook for a few more minutes.
Notes
This is a great sauce to replicate chinese takeout flavor. The arrowroot thickens beautifully. Spicy so reduce chili sauce if needed and read ingredients if vegan important as the one I bought has shrimp in it.Can add to hot pan after sauting garlic or onions and then add veggies and continue cooking. Serve over rice.
